It may help with stress related symptoms, such as neck and shoulder tension, back pain, muscular discomfort, insomnia, respiratory problems, headaches, PMT related symptoms and can be useful to manage your overall stress levels.
How does it work?
Aromatherapy uses the healing, relaxing and energizing properties of pure essential oils that have been extracted from herbs, flowers, fruits and trees.
Your therapist, Mrs Maike Dring chooses the essential oils for their specific therapeutic properties. The essential oils are carefully blended to suit your individual needs. As the essential oils are inhaled and absorbed though the skin, they may influence stress levels, blood pressure, breathing, memory, digestion, and the immune system.
Aromatherapy treatments at Essential Wellbeing can be particularly beneficial for stress-management and help to “re-set the stress button”, increasing your stress resilience.
Depending on your particular needs, your therapist may prepare a blend of essential oils in oil, lotion or cream base for you to use at home to obtain maximum benefit from your Aromatherapy treatment.
